Congrats on throwing a killer corporate event, but don’t just stop now. Post-production is essential to leaving a lasting impact on your audience. What you do after you throw your event lays the groundwork for future success with your target attendees.

After throwing your corporate event, don’t forget to follow through with these five important steps.

  1. Send Thanks

Don’t forget to thank everyone who made your event a success. Thank your team and point out where you saw each member go above and beyond. Noticing their efforts encourages them to work even harder in the future. In addition to thanking team members, follow up with collaborators, speakers and anyone else who worked with you to throw your event.

  1. Share Your Success

Incorporate social media into your event and let everyone know how it went. Tweet photos of the highlights or share some of the most memorable quotes, this way you can give the public a taste of what they have missed and encourage them to get involved in the future.

  1. Follow Through With Attendees

Reach out to those who attended your event and thank them personally for their time. Email them information that they’ll find useful and interesting and make sure that they know how to contact you with questions and future inquiries.

  1. Collect Vitals

Start collecting social media results right after you throw your event. Tally up your participant numbers and share them with your team immediately. Getting a clear idea of what worked and what didn’t will only help you in the future.

  1. Respond to Feedback

Thoughtfully respond to any feedback or questions you receive after your event is over. This is a very simple thing to do but is easily forgotten by many companies. Don’t miss the opportunity to show that you care.
